Are there any registrars that will allow you to register 20 - X00 domains at a time while discounting the cost for you? If you know of any please post them here!

Actually many if not most registrars apply a discount for large purchases. Even if they don't then just ask :-D

The truth is: you don't really need any bulk discount at all (esp. for less than 1,000). DreamRegistrar.com for example charges only $6.85 per name year for anyone who signs up as a reseller (without any minimum deposit or quota). :-D

gd/wwd usually has their bulk rates at 6.75, then you can also do a 10% coupon on top of that
