Hi, who do you contact if you old registrar acted unlawfully?
i.e., customer could not get to their server to renew domain name and name expired...

That sounds more like a buggy registrar than an unlawfull one.

BBB seems to work with netsol - but not that good with register.com. ICANN can do something sometimes.
