Hey everyone,
I was looking at a not-so-good expiring domain name â which I thought I was one the only one after â when at my big suprise someone got faster than me and grabbed it. But here's a thing the new registrant in question turns out to be the registrar where the domain was previously registered, they used a proxy registrar to register it (same whois info).
Is this legitimate? If not, can it be reported to ICANN? If yes, what would they do about it?
Edit: typo in the title, sorry about that.
