Registrar For .im Transfers

Anyone know a good registrar where you can transfer .im domains to? I have a couple at the nic.im site that id like to move but im looking for something reasonable priced that has a decent reputation for stability and ideally accepts paypal.

Domainsite.com/name.com does support .im registrations but as far as I can see, they do not support the transfer in of .im domains.
