If you found the 'right' buyer, a fair price would be $200.

Ideally, you would sell to someone who owned a business named "Relax Spa" (there is one in Henderson, NV)

Chances of finding the perfect buyer are slim.

The domain would probably fetch $15 to $40 on the open market if put up for auction. If you havn't registered this one, then pass on it.

I'd say around $50 for the name in general.
If your selling it to someone that inquires about it then around $150.

Those are the pitfalls of requesting appraisals on names that are
not regged.You hope to get a favorable opinion before you regg it,in hopes of profiting by resale.
However, ....DNF is an excellent information source!
