I am selling a number of our small sites because I don't have time for them since I am focusing on our larger projects. These sites could all generate more revenue if they got any attention whatsoever. Since my first site sold in about an hour here, I'm listing one of our other smaller sites, RemoteControlRC.com, next.

This site has never been indexed by Google. All of the revenue and traffic has come from places besides Google, and there has been no change (other than somewhat for the better). I recommend if you want it only for Google, then you pass. However, it's a nice little site with consistent revenue that can easily grow.
We did a linking campaign last month which has led to quite a few links (Yahoo says 507 and MSN says 36). The effects of these links probably won't show up in terms of SE rankings for another couple of months though.
