I would say not to renew. But thats because I'm not that keen on .us or .info. I used to have a few .us's and .info's but I have since let them all drop. If you feel strongly about .us then I guess you should renew.

i don't really know about .us domain
but i think the name itself has a value
if you drop it, it wouldn't take a week that it'd be snapped by other domainholics
have you got any offer for this domain before?

Any quailty domain name like that is worth 200.00 I just sold puds.us and many other's for around that price. I recive offer's on some of mine of that quailty I turn down. I sell .us for 350.00 per name . us is picking up and reciving income on ppc so If i were you I would list on sedo or afternic and ask 200-350 and any investor will tell you that's a good return on investment even if you keep it 5 years

Yes, I am sure someone will pick it up if I let it drop, I let some really crap names drop and surprisingly they were snapped up...still have a couple of months to decide, maybe I can sell one of my junk .coms to pay for the renewal of this one.

Never start a thread asking whether you should renew a single domain name. If you add up the time spent making this post, and then re-checking the responses, then you would have been better off knocking on your neighbors door and washing his/her car for $20. You need be more efficient than this. You could have also studied up on recent sales, or checked some expired domain lists.....just about any other activity in the world would be better for you than making this post. If you put more than 2 minutes thought into whether you should renew a single name, then you are missing the point of the game. Flip a coin and be done with it.
