I dont have the time to carry on with this idea so I have decided to sell. Main page is currently a htaccess redirect to the forums. This is a great domain name with good overture/ google keyword and search results. I can see it being #1 in google very easily for the search "repair forums". There are not many dedicated all in one do it yourself repair forums and i think this could be big with the right promotion. I guaged intrest from members of one of my large automotive forums last month and it was well received. Even a few signed up even though i told them it was not live yet, they helped with ideas for the categories and forums.
Its set up on the free forum software from http://www.simplemachines.org/ with a free skin that I found on their forums.
Traffic: next to none, my awstats havent worked for the last 6 days but it was showing 1-2 uniques a day from type ins for sept, total 117 for about three weeks but alot of those were members from my other forum checking it out
Revenue: none, adsense is set up and shows great results throughout the forums
Promotion: none, has not been submitted to search engines or promoted in any other way
I am selling this on potential and work done setting up the forums, so if you are not a speculative buyer (arent we all though!) please do not question my prices.
This is not an auction, I will consider offers and choose the first one I am happy with. I will not consider any offers under $75.00. I will post current offers in the post so others know where it stands and i retain the right not to sell if a acceptable offer or BIN is not met.
