I'm looking for a 'dependable' registrar to team up with as a reseller.

I am not interested in Dotster, Enom, Any Enom reseller, OpenSRS, or any company that wants money in the bank before they work with you.

I am looking for a reasonable cost $8.00-$10.00 USD and all the features, such as URL and Email forwarding, the ability to push to other user's account and any other goodies that make a resellers' job easier..

Are any of you working with such a company and if so, would you please tell me who it is?
