I have noticed that many people say that the name is valued more for the end user than the reseller. Why is that? If for example it's a product name, the reseller (sponsor) makes more money with the name than the enduser. If the names sells $1,000 worth of the product and the enduser receives let's say 10% which is $100. Then I would assume that the name would be worth $1000 to the reseller and $100 to the end user because the reseller takes in more gross revenue and could recover the higher amount faster?

When we talk about resellers and endusers in the domain name market, we are mostly referring to people who buy and then resell domain names (RESELLERS) and those who actually use the domain for their own projects or businesses (ENDUSERS) respectively.
