What !? Where !? Did I say that !?
I don't think anybody could make a precise appraise, I didn't say I thought that.
I'm just having fun and showing up. :yo:
I just said, delete the thread.

Hey, look, I'm now having fun as well :

I think the fact that you posted a domain name in a "Domain Appraisal" thread shows the intent on wanting an appraisal. But then again, im a dumbass.

fishchermx, I expect far more professionalism from a member that has been active since 2004. Furthermore, you posted Restaurantes.mobi in the appraisal sub forum. Therefore, yes you were expecting an appraisal. It's simply not possible for your domain name to accuratly be appraised. Its in no way a means of offending you or anyone else that posts mobi names here; its just a reminder that the value of any .mobi is clearly unknown this early in the game.

Of course, I wanted an appraisal, an opinion, or whatever. Not a zero.
I didn't like the zero.
But I'm not going to die for that. I'm trying to taking with good mood.
If you guys are having fun placing zeroes on .mobi appraissals, I'm about to join the party. I'm a person with good humor, I used to write scripts for Seinfeld.
You guys started, I'm just following.

More or less same response, that I already did:
You guys thought putting zeroes was fun, ok, I'll take it. That simply.
I'm going to start placing zeroes as well, actually, already did. No offense intended.
I'm taking this with good humor, really, I'm not mad nor angry.

Do you think it is far more professional to post zeroes ?
Why instead of zeroes just put the link for your post ?
Why don't just delete the thread and send a private message ? Like other forums does.

Common you don't even put your "ban-to-mobies" as an sticky/announcement.
How would I know that ?

Now, the fact that I said "I'm just having fun and showing off", it is simply a psychological defense. I was not supposed to have to explain that ! LOL

Oh, wait a minute again, I didn't get this on first place.

Hey, Brad, you're not a moderator, are you? That's why you can't delete the thread and the whole thing ran out of place.
Well, well, if this place needs a moderator, I offer a hand !
I promise not making jokes.

Regarding value, I agree with the anti-mobi-crowd (as I've stated previously, I wouldn't disagree if someone claimed .mobi resembled a pump and dump scheme):

Consequently, I do not think it will be easy to find a buyer for your domain, and therefore I do not think it is currently worth a lot.

[Forgive me for straying off topic here...While I'd also prefer to see fewer .mobi appraisal threads, I think we should do our best to keep this discussion friendly and encouraging, more or less on topic, and within the boundaries of reasonable forum rules as well as common sense. I agree to http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=184723 though.]

I respect your opinion (and especially the way you voice it), but I disagree with it.
.mobi is new, it is different from other extensions, and a lot of people recently bought a lot of them. So let them talk about it if they want. Nobody should ban them from discussing the domains that they are interested in, unless it violates some forum rules. We are not in North Korea.

This is a crazy thread.

Although restaurantes is a common spanish word, I think it's not logical to buy this domain, however is almost a generic.

Maybe if someone plans to create MOBI RESTAURANTS, this domain would be useful.

In other case, I think mobi is not a good extension (4 L), and also it's only for mobile, not for everything.

So, maybe you can sell it for...
;-)
