After lots of thinking i have decided to sell tuts4you.net, this website is well known for its pleasent atmosphere and excellent tutorials, which is why many people come back every day!
Tuts4you.net offers wide range of tutorials , templates ( including flash templates ) and lots more varieties of content.
The sale comes with of course the domain name, site design and content, and with 1 years free hosting.
The website currently maintains 500+ unique hits a day, its highest day was last week which was over 1200 unique hits. The revenue earned is through google adsense, the adds have only been up 3 days, and already it has made $5. And i am sure the revenue will increase dramatically, as tutorials written by me are waiting to be indexed on good-tutorials.com ( the webs leading tutorial indexing site, the traffic they send out us fenomonal)
