Wanted: Service REwrite articles to make them unique

Looking for someone who can take PLR and duplicate content and rewrite it by hand so that it is unique. Most articles are around 500 words.

Must be readable, no automated programs, scripts or translating back and forth between different languages to get a different article.

Let me know what your rates are per article.
