you can't be serious! it is worth something to one company only, and if you aren't it, it is a liability to you.

 

not really sure that its any kind of infringment myself. There are a few t/m's at USPTO over "rexel" but in the electrical/lighting classes, nothing relating to drugs. Unless its a t/m in other countries?

Though I don't think the name is worth anything.
