Yes and I processed an order before it was over and it said I was charged 4.20 for 7 names, thats what id be billed if all were successfu

5/7 successful and I was charged 2.99 each, I am mad and their phones are busy. >:O!

They aren't the best for sure... some ppl had problems with the names not getting regged during the promo, but i was charged $0.60 for the names i regged..

It appears they are just experiencing growing pains. They aren't the best for sure, but the issues they do have have always been taken care of.
