RheinRuhr.net

The Rhine-Ruhr Area (German: Rhein-Ruhr) in Germany ranks among the largest metropolitan areas in the world, with 11,233,678 people.

7,150,000 Google results for "Rhein Ruhr"

Any appraisals?

I see about 285K search results in google.com and 242K search results in google.de .
However, I would say about US$ 200-300 for reseller. Enduser may go into the low/mid US$ xxxx. RheinRuhr.de would definately be nicer one since many german se prefer .de domains ;-)

Thanks for the feedback

Here are the search results I am getting:

Results 1 - 10 of about 7,150,000 for "Rhein Ruhr"
Results 1 - 10 of about 134,000 for "RheinRuhr"

This is the German spelling, which has more Google results than the English spelling. Also the words are supposed to be seperated.

low $$ to a reseller IMO, .net is 4th in line in Germany after .de .com .info
Also the hyphen is missing. For this word in German you need the hyphen.

Don't think the missing hyphen hurts as it doesn't impact on the google search. All the major extensions are taken and parked/under development which suggests an interest and certainly enough to push it above a $xx value, even to a reseller.

I am getting similar search figures to thevirtual on google, but for the alleged population of the area 7 Million doesn't seem all that hot.

Personally if I was looking for information on the area I would be more inclined to search for the Rhine Valley or one of the major cities long before thinking about searching for Rhein Ruhr.

More than $xx value, but probably not beyond mid $xxx unless it was an end-user is my opinion.
