Forget Rick.

I think Ted Turner is the guru of predictions:

• Turner is trying to corner the land over the Ogallala Aquifer, the world's largest underground water system, to gain power in the water-starved West.

If true, then Uncle Ted is sitting pretty at the moment. Imagine the aquifer rights being leased out higher than any other mineral rights, oil and gas rights, or just the value for the land for itself.
