How come the forums are on a different domain name and can the forums be included in sale?

The forums are located on a differen't domain as I also own the domain ProWrestlingHeadlines.com, and it was opened for around 2 years. I started a wrestling forum in 2003 on a seperate domain to PWH and RSP, and then transfered it over to the PWH domain.

The forums are not included in the sale of the domain, unless someone was to make an offer for the PWH domain name, as i'm looking to sell that as well, or if someone was to make a good offer for the 2 domains i'd happily sell to both to a single person.

However, with the PWH domain, I would make it clear I would only sell that if the forums were left online and were not tampered with or deleted, as the members there have posted together since around 2001 until the present date; the last thing I want to do is to sell and for their forum to go underground, so let me say again, IF the forums were sold then they would have to be kept online and un-touched, basically let the admin control it.
