I wouldn't have bothered buying the .biz, especially for more $$$ than the .org - doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

probably that fellow is an affiliate marketer wanting a domain that is easy to remember. Few grand for the domain is nothing exchange for a easy to remember domain even if it is a .biz / .org
