Dwayne,
Our company: Readiness Nurse United, LLC who used the domain previously
has been acquired in the last year by a new company. We are using a new
company name and don't really need to domain any longer. We initially
purchased the domain for $2,500. I don't follow the domain brokering
industry as much any longer. I know it is worth something and our
company is willing to look at all offers on the domain.

Let me know if you have any other relevant info to pass along.
Thanks,
Court Harris

Court,

I publish Exody.com.... I was suprized to see a good three
character name coming up for deletion. What is your asking
price? ... I'm sure that my subscribers would be interested.
I wasn't sure the email address was good...

Thanks
Dwayne Rowland

The WLS will follow along these same lines...
Good name appears on WLS and whois contact is
emailed or phoned about the asking price. Then
the name is renewed and offered to interested parties. Time and time again I've checked this
out and time and time again the domain owner has
replied. I guess that Verisign will now want the
whois record hidden while a WLS is attached to a domain. If you had a "chase" set on the above name
I do apologize, but this name was very visible and
I suspect that others did the same.

that chick is changing her facts:

Dear [Draqon],
Thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, I will be unable to accept that offer. I renewed the domain name the other day, but we are interested inselling the domain name since our company does not use it any longer.

Our organization originally paid $1,500 for the domain. We will be
willing to look at any counteroffers that you propose.

Thanks again,
Court Harris

I'm sorry Dragon... I guess that goes with the
territory.... I offered $500 .... I guess a
little high.... sorry.... That seems to be a big
problem that the price for a domain can jump down
and up again over two years ago. I guess that one
factors in the .com bomb and .com boom....

a total crock.

Best to check with the State of Utah for a registered company registered by that name. After all, they claim to be an LLC. Bet none exists. Let's see: no archived record to corroborate the ownership, a free and annonymous email admin contact (a hallmark of thieves), a real recent registration date, a cheap price, etc., etc., etc.

This is hot property until proven otherwise. Best to stay away and report it to ICANN. Network Solutions Verisign is trafficking in stolen domains on a mammoth scale...

Don't worry reporting it. It is a valid proposition so don't waste your time.
I have been traveling lately on business and didn't get the chance to renew til recently.

Actually it was your community that sparked me to sell the domain name anyway. I hadn't really even thought of reselling it til Dwayne contacted me to check of the status. Our company did pay $2,500 for the domain name originally. I can scan check stubs to prove it.

If anyone wants my direct phone number to discuss a deal, please email me (courth@hotmail.com) your interest in doing so. Our organization was acquired awhile ago and our LLC expires with the state of Utah on December 17, 2002.

So put away the damn flamethrower.

the paperwork looks good to me. It seems unlikely the domain is stolen, based on this evidence.

RacerX stands corrected. Appears legitimate at first review. Apparently I was wrong here.

yes, escrow.com should work just fine for your needs.

Well, It looks like the highest offer of $1300 for this domain fell through. I am looking to get a valid offer in the $1000-$2000 range. If anyone is still interested in this domain for a price in that range, please email me: courth@hotmail.com

Other factors I am willing to look at:
Timeframe to pay for the domain
If buyer is willing to use escrow.com
And I hate to say this, but I will need some assistance in transfering the name over since I am a newbie in that arena.

Any questions, let me know.
