Perhaps we should re-think that "anything goes" description, but I guess common sense and courtesy would be a good benchmark when specific rules or policies are not available. Not a problem when you are a newbie (again, my warm welcome).

Regarding PM, please think about it as emailing someone. We do not tolerate spamming; and sending unsolicited PM to DNForum members (esp. in bulk or at random) clearly breaks our rules (#6 in particular). Hope this clarifies things a bit.
