Greg...this is ebay. :D I would think RTC.com would go for 5-10k to an end user. Mabey the high bidder is indeed an end user...you just never know. Still, a 11k sale for a 3 letter .com on EBAY is outstanding!

The guy could have spammed every company he could find that matched up with RTC before the auction.

I had bid $3,050 on that auction (78vette_81z28(629) <- that's me) but I too noticed 2 bidders who just joined so I backed out. The winner was a guy from www.rtcind.com. I spoke to him on the phone and he also felt it was "weird". He also told me his top bid...which was much more than $14,600!!!
