are there different rules for new reg's with different reg companies?

for instance do they all have 60 day transfer rules

I notice some are saying various registrars allow intra registra pushes within 60 days

does the 2nd company then have instant transfer rights outside of that registrar?

does godaddy allow pushes within 60 days to other godaddy accounts?

does godaddy allow you to fund your account for future pushes?

does godaddy allow pushes within godaddy within the 60 day windows?

I don't see it as standard, coz. I have no documentation to support it. Though most registrars were doing 60 days grace period before you can push or transfer to different registrar.

I've got 60 days grace period from namebay.com, godaddy.com, dotregistrar.com and opensrs.

does godaddy allow intra pushes before 60 days?

does godaddy allow you to fund an account instead of having to keep putting in a CC everytime you reg or transfer a domain?

so if someone has a reg through enom and I don't have an account there yet, they can push it to godaddy? or do I have to ask godaddy to start the transfer process, pay for it and then they'll ask the owner to ok it?

I've only done in house owner changes via netsol years ago, it can take forever, or at least it used to

I've been transfering doms from netsol to godaddy, but I usually pay godaddy and they ask netsol to contact me

transfers can change ownership at the same time?

seems the ideal way to do deals without the paper work hassels from netsol they used to require

I'm not sure with godaddy, this was discussed here before you may want to do search.

For enom, you can push right away to another enom account.

If you transfer a domain name to another profile, you are actually transferring ownership.

Hope this help.

ENOM --> GODADDY is registrar transfer or PULL, can be initiated only after the name have been min 60 days fat losing registrar (ENOM). You have to pay 1 year renewal fee for this transfer.

ENOM --> ENOM OR Godaddy --> Godaddy is intra transfer or PUSH, can be initiatied instantly. No fee. No renewal.

so if someone has a reg through enom and I don't have an account there yet, they can push it to godaddy? or do I have to ask godaddy to start the transfer process, pay for it and then they'll ask the owner to ok it?

You can't PUSH to GoDaddy (as described above).
For electronic transfer, usually take up to 48 hours. Some may take longer.
