Artwork.cc SOLD (if it can be transferred at no cost. I had heard something about the .cc registry charging a large sum for transfers) - never bought one before.

I will also take black.cc subject to the note above. Can anyone claify the situation with .cc ownership changes? I think we can push within Namecheap with no problem - but what about changing owners between registrars? I'm sure I read there was some extra cost involved with .cc.

Hi Joe:

Yes, I know on normal transfers the receiving registrar would charge their normal 1-year renewal fee. However I thought I head read something about a fee above and beyond that involving .cc's? I never paid a lot of attention to them, so I may be wrong. I'm trying to find some info on the net about it. IS anyone else aware of extra costs involved in .cc ownership changes beyong intra-registrar pushes?

Thanks .com.net.org. Perhaps I was confusing .cc with the $100 transfer fee website.ws charges for .ws transfers (for domains bought on their site rather than GoDaddy where that charge does not apply).
