Here is one of my older websites. The domain will be 9 years old this year, the keyword gets over 40,000 exact monthly searches and the cpc is $9,24!

With the domain you get a blog with all unique content that has made us a pretty penny over the few years that it has been up, but assume zero traffic and zero earnings.
