Sale of VILLAS.COM includes Trademark

Hello all:

A fellow DNF member PM'd me to ask if the sale of VILLAS.COM--currently on TDNAM--includes any trademarks.

At the time I listed the name, I didn't include the mark because it never was an issue, but it is logical and fair to the buyer to do this.

I have asked TDNAM to modify the "description", but they are not sure they can.

So here is my modification:

Sale includes the Registered Trademark "VILLAS.COM VILLASDOTCOM®"

I've also stated this on the VILLAS.COM site, I know it's not as good as having it on the TDNAM description, but the best I can do.
