SOLD. I left the information below (for the time being), but I agreed to keep the domain at a reduced price.

----------------

I was planning to buy the domain, but I just discovered the following:

I checked the domain using the FAKE PAGERANK DETECTION TOOL @ http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html and it says the PageRank is not valid. It shows a re-direct to http://www.css.org.pa/ which appears to be the real domain with the PageRank. When I clicked the "i" button in the toolbar to show the CACHED snapshot of the page, the webpage that is cached also shows as http://www.css.org.pa/

Also, when you use the toolbar to check the backlinks, it shows the same link: http://www.css.org.pa/. And it seems that Google has no record of TUCSS.COM. When you search Google for TUCSS.COM, it has no record, except the domain above (http://www.css.org.pa/) So it appears that TUCSS.com has NO REAL PR.

The seller said he was not aware of this issue, but I thought I should post this for the benefit others.

If this conclusion is wrong, someone please let me know. Thanks.

NOTE: Because of his new-ness to this board, the seller agreed to transfer the domain prior to me sending the funds by Western Union. I changed the domain name servers to see what would happen, but until Google re-caches the page, it looks like it's going to continue showing the PR5, which seems to be coming from the other site it was resolving at before. I have many domains on one server - and this domain is resolving to one of my other website's server files at the moment. (I'm mentioning this for anyone who tests the domain.) The sale of this domain is kind of in limbo at the moment, though the seller has agreed to take it back. We will be discussing it further over the weekend...
