I would like to get an appraisal on 'Savegames.net'

It's a domain name with a well established site since 1999. Currently, around 2000 unique visitors a day. However, not much profit.

The site is the number one search on almost every search engines (including Google) with 'savegames' and also very often the number 1 search result for other savegames related searches (such as "tombraider savegames").

very hard to appraise domains such as these - they bring in visitors but don't make alot of money!

For the domain + the developed website bringing in that many visitors i'd say around $1500 minimum.

savegames is not a keyword, it is the name of your site, that's why it comes up first in google.
