what links? Yahoo shows the domain having 8 backlinks: http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=UTF-8&fr=sfp&p=linkdomain:www.scootnet.com most of which are forum posts. This sale looks fishy

how's this site generating $10 adsense revenue a month with no links to the site? You suggested via PM you think it may get 20-30 uniques a day which seems absurd.

Site is older than one year that may be why. When I had it on my other host it got 20-30 uniques per day through webalizer.

Mate, it's nothing to do with that. My lowball offer was based just on the domain name itself. The forum is completely inactive. I just despise when ppl try to lie about something to make a few bucks. Pretty pathetic.

dcristo warned. As for the site, I see no stats, so I don't know if there is traffic or not. I have one domain that made over 3.00 this month from only 6 visitors, so anything is possible here.
