well unless Hasbro has something to gain by this domain being registered by some domainer, which is obviously not the case, i would say its dirty work for someone else.

well, i mean that NSI is up to something dirty, because this domain was definetely renewed by Hasbro. I don't know why they deleted it, but I don't approve, because like i said, Hasbro renewed the domain.

I ask about wipoing stolen domains in order to recover them because one of the domains i wanted to buy was stolen from the original owner before i could contact the person. i was interested to know if the original owner could WIPO the thief and thus recover the stolen domain, even if NSI was acting apathetic.

many of us contacted the previous owners of stolen names, that does NOT give us the right to wipo for it and claim it for ourselves. as a teacher you should know better ethics.

WOW!

This must be black magic. To grab a domain, now when Verisign doesn't process *any* drops.

Needless to say, that the whole info is bogus:
at least the ZIP code of Berlin is totally wrong.

well the registrants email is <name> @ berlin.com - maybe they also own berlin.com maybe why they put Berlin ?

But yes a very good catch only an impeding lawsuit might not make it look favourable - altho why the name was dropped is a BIG mystery - the quicker NSI is stripped of managing TLD the better
