We have received the following awards for our Flash website:
⢠http://www.thefwa.com - One of the most sought after awards in the web industry.

⢠http://www.designlicks.com
⢠http://www.mydesignaward.com

We have applied for others, but are still waiting to hear back. Most award sites take a few weeks to review submissions.

The site is 100% Flash backed by an administrative panel that can control the following:
⢠Application (Downloads by MAC & PC, and how many times it was launched)
⢠Products (Category+sub, Title, Description, Price, Featured, Review, Rating, and Thumbnail) - Review & Rating are for mini-HTML sites for Google.
⢠Members (Email, Password, Address, Orders)
⢠Orders (What items were ordered, whether order was approved or not. Paypal / 2Checkout)
⢠News Articles
⢠FAQ / Company Information

To compliment the website we have an application users download to apply the screensavers. It is spyware and ad free and runs on both Mac and PC. You can download the application to test here:

The site was put online just 3 weeks ago, around the 18th of February and during that month received over 18,000 hits.

The peak is from when we were first in the award sites. We are receiving steady visitors since and plan to receive more hikes as more awards are given.

As a 1/3rd shareholder I receive the following:
⢠20% from each product and All Access sold.
⢠20% on each screensaver licensed.
⢠33% of site sale.
It breaks down this way.
⢠All 3 of us get 20% for a sale. The contributor (of a screensaver) receives 35% and the other 5% goes back into the website. One of my partners is a screensaver designer and as of now receives the majority amount. It was his brainchild to begin with, so it only seems fair that he receive the most (as well as he designs all of the savers).

Future plans for the site:
⢠Pure, simple HTML site for Google and low end technology users. Better SEO and sales.
⢠Affiliate program

There is a possible magazine deal in the works to where we will be featured on one of the monthly issues.

As of now we have received 39 orders totaling 240$, but expect to see that figure rise drastically as an HTML site is implemented and marketing pursued.

Why am I selling my share?
I am a designer by trade, and am always dabbling in projects. This project was the brainchild of my partner, owner of http://www.advanceflash.com, that I decided to jump on in. I helped with design of the site, application, as well as exporting all of the layouts into Flash. I am ready to pursue my own projects that I will enjoy greater with more satisfaction knowing they are my own personally, as well as my idea. On top of that, I have some things that need to be paid off.

For the sale of my share, I am looking to get:
$XX,XXX - $XXX,XXX
The site has been in development for nearly half a year, and brainstormed for another half year before building started. This site is a great piece of work, with many rewards to be expected. I am not basing the sale off of numbers as of right now, but looking for that right buyer who can see the work we've put in and believes in the idea.
