Script running hotscripts.com?

Does anyone know where I can find a script similar to that running Hot Scripts? I'm not even really sure what to search for in Google to find a script like that.

it is a customly build script. It will cost ten of thousands $$$. I dont think it is available on the net.

You can make directories.
I used this script on free-templates.com and I had a lot of categories.
Cant show you now because I tore it down, but you could search archive for it I'm sure...

I would take it for a spin around the block, it should get you going. Dave is also quite helpful and may do customizations to it for you, he customized mine for me at one point.

btw, it does do admin approvals
