It has been very poular in the past but due to not having the time for the last few years it has lost a lot of its traffic. I have never run popups, we use to be a pay-per-click search engine using a very inhanced version of Smartsearch. That is still there on the server but I was working on a real directory but again dont have time. The script on there right now is a robot style search engine.
I had plans to make it a pay per inclusion site.
