I've bought and sold several domains through Sedo. I'm happy with that. What is really frustrating though is how slow transactions happen and how slow sedo representatives are to respond. I am wondering if they are intentionally slow just to maximize the daily interest they are accumulating on the escrow cash they hold in the middle of a transaction. Thousands of small transactions add up. And I'm in the middle of a transaction for several thousand dollars and it is excruciatingly slow. I'm not talking about a buyer not paying or being lazy. I'm talking about I know a buyer has paid and I'm still waiting a week or more to get paid. I'm talking about emailing a representative and always being polite and professional and not getting any response. The IRS and DMV have better customer service.
