I am once again having issues with getting Sedo to respond to anything. I have a very good domain name that I've applied to get listed as a top domain. Given the quality of the names I see listed as "top domains", I believe the domain name I've submitted is better than most currently listed.

After submitting the name, I received the message that I would get a decision within two days. I've yet to receive any decision and have submitted it twice. I'm curious why Sedo bothers to have automated messages saying they'll respond within a certain time frame if they don't/won't.

This is the same level of customer service (or lack thereof) Sedo has given me in the past and the main reason I moved all my domains to Parked (and doubled what I was making with Sedo).

I think that they're more motivated once you get on the phone with them. Emails seem to be forwarded around several parties working from the UK, Germany and US offices. My phonecalls are always returned. See my comparison of Sedo vs Parked at my blog as well.

Hi redomainer,

Please PM me your username and I'll look into this for you.

Thanks,
