Looking for developmental ideas for busted.org

I considered:
- site with mugshots
- pics of people getting "busted" (naughty naughty)
- anonymous stories people share of being busted
- RSS newstories

Any suggestions?

Everyone likes mugshots when it isnt them, and especially if able to narrow by locality.

Alot of police departments post them on facebook now too, so if you could scrape that, that would work.
