Wanted: Service Seeking mentor for revenue sites

I'm interested in trying my hand at building "revenue sites"; more particularly, content sites that attract traffic and earn revenue from advertising. I'm aware this practice has changed greatly in the last several years, and that is why I want to learn from someone who knows what they're doing. I'm willing to pay a reasonable flat fee to someone who can show me the ropes from the very beginning.
