I have been seeing alot of Segway domains going for quite a bit of money, I have placed SegwaySupply.com on Ebay.

All appraisals appreciated.

I have been seeing alot of Segway domains going on ebay for a lot of money, what decides if the name has a tm or not, "Segway" has a tm, does that mean segwaysupply has tm also? Should i not sell it?

Since Segway is trademarked, it will be enough to go after you for infringement. Actually, I'd say a domain name such as this has a NEGATIVE value. I do NOT recommend actively soliciting its sale by e.g. placing it on eBay.
