Well... I am MD. While the info is correct, we don't use the technique name at all. We just "put a trocar" , we NEVER say anything like "I'm gonna insert instrument ABC using the Seldinger technique".

Other than a biographic infosite, I don't see much to put in there. HOWEVER, since medical PPC tends to have high RPC, it might be worth to spend a couple hours in very simple development plus adsense/YPN. Maybe some information about catheters, needles and trocars. With the right dotcom, it might surpass wikipedia's rank and make some dough from students/docs googling Seldinger.
