closed Sell Or Not To Sell?

Last time I ran this thread, I was told not to sell for $35.00


Well the guy came back again and this is what he said,



Hey Shawn,

I spoke to my web designer and if the horticus.com is still available, we would be
interested in purchasing it for the offer of $100.
Let us know if you are still interested.



I never got a value on it last thread, So I am still confused by about the value.

IS it worth more?

Should I sell?
