If you had a premium single word generic domain that appeals to a specific industry trade, How would you market that domain at an upcoming Trade Convention?

Aside from handing out flyers, what else would you do?

Thanks!

I wouldn't do a standard flyer. I'd put together more of a power point type presentation in a clear cover document binder - similar to presentations you receive during some of the sessions at these.

Have the domain name on the front page showing, the second page would be some kind of ad copy that is relevant to this industry, like a pre-pitch. Then the third page, hit them with something that points out to them the power of the name that got them this far in the presentation, and the question like "Wouldn't you like this kind of attention to your presentations?",

and then hit them with your sales pitch, stats, pages for comparable sales, etc. A basic ROI calculation based on some industry numbers might help too.

Maybe bring some givaway items for the bags that the sponsor group will inevitably give out - Mouse pads?

Let us know how it comes out for you.
