After one has bought a domain how long does he need to wait before reselling it ...

he he sell it to someone on the very day or week...

There's no such a rule.
Usually people test the traffic and PPC income, do a full research on potential buyers and contact each of them and the last step is to develop it or sell it here on the forums if the first two didn't give you any revenue.

i think u have to wait for 60 days from registration before u can transfer the name.............someone corect me if i am wrong

yes. i was told by godaddy that it's 60 days.

You don't need to transfer, you can "push".
No requirement for pushing names within the same registrar.

It depends on registrar. Godaddy you can sell on same day and push . For transfer you have to wait 60 days.

For DirectI and its resellers there is a 4 day wait time. Directi and resellers offer 4 days of money back, this means you can cancel the domain registered and get full refund.
