How long ago was it changed over from a topsite?

I went back and looked at the dates, and I seem to have got them wrong.
I purchased the site around the 8th kept it for about a week and post the first sales thread on the 15th. So, I changed it from the topsite to the humor script probably two day earlier on the 13th.

I originally purchased this website, the seller will take your money drag his butt, on transfering the domain name to you. If you finally get the domain, don't expect a quick response on getting the site migrated. Yes my server has mysql 3.1 and the seller refused to downgrade the data, using mysqldump. Seller agreed to refund the money, I pushed the domain back to his account, and I've yet to get my refund.

I've filled a claim with PAYPAL in order to get my money back.

BUYER BE WARE Seller doesn't honor his word and doesn't follow through!

The guy is a jerk as you can probably tell. I've never had so many problems with a buyer in my life. Yes in the begin I accidently told him the wrong registery name, but that is because I always buy at 000domains, and I hadn't registerd this one. The guy took on average of a day to respond so of course it took along time to get it done. If you ask any of the other people I've done business with they will tell you I'm very helpful and quick to respond.

This guy didn't even give me access to a site admin and then wanted me to magically make the databases appear on his site. I myself have no idea what mysqldump is so I asked him for help with that and all I got from him was google it! I then figured out that the mysql he was running was too old and I couldn't downgrade it and he refuse to upgrade. I then said he could try buying some cheap $6 dollar a month hosting to just host this site and he still was against it. I then told him I would give him the refund for sure sometime Friday which is today. I then later sent a pm telling him I would give him a refund by 2pm Friday which should have been more like 10pm, but anyway hes right on that part I did pay late, but I was trying to wait for the auction to end. The guy was a jerk during the whole processes and even till the end.

Just incase you guys are wondering why I would wait till the end of the auction rather than paying right away. I knew that when payment was made to my account I would have enough to instantly pay him, but if I sent it before part would have to come from my bank account via echeck and it would be delayed for 3-4 days for it to clear the bank. I went ahead and sent him the refund already, but now he'll have to wait the extra days rather than just getting it instantly.
