I want to sell this site after running it for 2 years full.
Had pagerank fluctuing from 5 and 7 .
It has been a 5 for the last half year.
I havent done nothing to the site for the last year to be honest,other then approve an article or so
Great traffic.
I have had google adsense on it ,but as i said i completely lost interest on the site due to other projects,and just left it.
There where checks rolling in for 300 400 dollar a month.
Now if u remake the site into the gran canaria (touristic area)
It will be a great site as well.

I am currently doing a server upgrade so actually the site might have been slow and will be for somw while today.

You can see exactly all stats yourself browsing the sites stats yourself.

Im looking for a mid high $xxxx figure . to be more especific
for lower i wont sell.
I recently got an email, the bandwith exceeded again
