Hello everyone.Due to financial needs,i am trying to sell this site,

It is a site for template developers and buyers to come together for purchases.I bought this site not long ago(around 2 weeks or so)but im in need of money.Site has a great backend admin to review templates,members,developers.Script automatically divides the money from sales up.Right now it is set to a 20% commision to me from every sale,but this can be changed to whatever you like.Also has a banner rototor where you can set how many seconds each banner shows.Site is very easy to run.I have made 2 sales since i had the site,with both sales awaiting payment from the buyer's.One was dec.3 and one was dec.5.Payment to developers is set at $60 before they can cash out,and there is about $36 owed between 4 developers.
