We're selling seomemo.com, a search engine optimization blog that has been part of the BlogMedia network since its launch nine months ago.
The principal blogger for this site has had health problems and is no longer able to actively contribute to the site.

Google Pagerank: 5
Monthly Income: $85
Daily unique pageviews: 260 (July)
With daily blogging, this site (even when new) was averaging 475 daily unique pageviews. With the right blogger and better ad management, this site could do quite well.
The site has 6 months remaining on a text link contract that earns $60/monthly paid quarterly. I would provide these payments via paypal when they are received through our ad contract.
