Different search engines have different criteria ... I had one that was the reverse

Yahoo n Google are totally opposite
Try to increase density of your primary keyword and you'll top soon in google

As well build backlinks on that particular keyword , i mean by using that keyword in anchor and you won't belive but you'll seee yourself on google's first page within month (* Depending upon the competition ).. if you can provide us your website URL, we can give you better advice
