This term in overture's suggestion tool is #4 overall including just the root word "seo" by itself with a score of 5674 w/o ext. and 17,500,000 results in google w/o quotation marks and 3,160,000 with quotation marks.

Since I don't know what a seo tool is, without meaning to "seo" I don't see a lot of value.

That being said, this has a lot of potential to be developed or branded. SEO could be a brand name or the initials of a particular brand. in that respect, it would seem pretty valuable (given a tool-based branded use). It is short and sweet and to the point (after the seo part of course).

SEO is a big money industry. I wouldn't let it go cheap. I'd say it's easily in the $x,xxx range.
