Mark, I would be the first to wish you luck with this 
However, since you asked for feedback, I see a big flaw in the plan. You're going to be offering typically lists that are a few hundred names long, since they're the best-of-the-best distilled out of the tens or hundreds of thousands of dropping domains.
Once people get used to the quality of your lists - and come to trust them - all a player has to do is to cut and paste the whole list into e.g. Snapnames and then buy up the Snaps.
In other words, a few hundred names and a list going out to 50 people will almost inevitably mean that 40-49 people will be totally shut out that day, depending on exactly when they got the email wrt the other people they're competing with.
Instead of trying to get 50 people on board, imo, you'd be better off getting 5 people on board at 10x the price. And then rotating it so that people get the list exclusively every 5th day (or something like that i.e. make it even more exclusive)
