Sex.biz Registrant Sues in Korea to Keep Name

According to the Korean newspaper JoongAng Ilbo, Peter Jeong, the registrant of Sex.biz, has filed a challenge to the NAF decision (http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/124756.htm) issued November 4, 2002, ordering him to transfer the domain to Marcus Schatte. The article states that Jeong has filed suit in Seoul District Court to block the NAF decision.

Since the registrar, Gabia, is Korean, Jeong may succeed in delaying the transfer of the domain name through this lawsuit.
